All shipping and handling are insured. We will send the painting/s as soon as we got the payment. Except, if you order a special painting/sketch, payment would be in advance or at least the down payment.

My Artworks can be returned with the conditions below:

1. Maximum 2 days Notification to us as soon as you got the package.
2. have to be in the same conditions before it was sent.
3. have to be accepted within 5 days or the latest is within 7 days.
4. buyer pays the s/h + insurance
5. the money of the return painting/s or artworks will be cut 20% from the amount of the painting/arwork price.
6. painting/s or artworks can be exchanged with other artwork with the same value of the painting- But buyer have to pay the S/H.
7. And maximum exchanged artworks are twice.
